Helferei is a marketplace for home and care services in Germany. Our mission is to make outsourcing house and care work the intuitive choice – through financial incentives, transparency, and trustworthiness.
After 2.5 years of bootstrapping and validating our business model, we are looking for someone to support our next stage of growth towards a stable, growing yet profitable business and take end-to-end ownership of our product and technology.
We are looking for an experienced Product Builder who combines strategic product thinking with hands-on implementation and an entrepreneurial approach.
Our current setup includes customized and white-label products for our booking management, and AI application (under development though tech partner), and internal SaaS tools, integrations, and automations .
Your job is to run and improve what we have on a daily basis while shaping what comes next: What should we build ourselves? What should we buy, outsource or replace? Where can AI and automation make us better?
You will advise the founder on these decisions – and be able to either implement many of them yourself or guide freelance engineering teams.
